This is potentially my favorite Prime Day car seat deal for 2023. This new seat rear faces from birth to 50lbs or 48″ (that’s an average 7 year old) and then gets tall enough to harness almost every kid forward facing until a safe booster age. And then it gives you a year as a high back booster seat. Did I mention that it spins all the way around for easy in/out without hurting your back and that the install is great?

Only buy this seat if you’re sure you will rear face to at least 40lbs – see my comments on the next seat.
Graco Extend2Fit 3-in-1 – 30%
The original Extend2Fit above is a better deal, but this 3-in-1 is the better seat. It allows more flexibility in what recline you use if you choose to forward face before 40lbs – the original has a strict rule that can make it incompatible in some cars. The 3-in-1 also has a much better harness adjustment, plus you’ll get about a year of extra use out of its booster mode.

Excellent choice for a travel car seat, especially for tall skinny kids. It rear faces all the way to 40lbs without a standing height limit and then forward faces to 65lbs or 49″. Once forward facing it also has a “closed belt path” that keeps the airplane buckle off your child’s back.
